The MPPV fourth-stage, distillation utilizes a 120 ltr vodka (at 96% abv) / h de-mthethylizer polishing column that will certify MPPV to both European and US standards while our gas chromatography testing ensures we meet our desired flavor profile across our co-distillation partners as well as our own distillation, blending and bottling at the MPPV LLC distillery.
